What’s the maximum Pipe Jacking distance Donegan can achieve?

This depends on pipe diameter, ground type and lubricant conditions, but our teams routinely deliver drives in excess of 100m, including curved alignments where required.

Can Donegan construct the launch/reception shafts as part of the package?

Yes — we offer a complete design-and-build approach including caisson or underpinning shaft construction to suit the method and site conditions.

What ground conditions can Donegan’s tunnelling teams handle?

We work across a wide range of soils and geology, from soft saturated silts using EPBMs to firm clay, chalk, and weak rock using road headers or open-faced shield machines. We aim to minimise disruption wherever possible.
