Paradise Street, Liverpool
This project was carried out for Laing O’Rourke on the major development works in Liverpool city centre.



Scope of Works at Paradise Street, Liverpool
- Donegan Civil Engineering installed over 400 linear metres of 8m long Larsen steel sheet piles to form a 200m long, 6m wide, 6m deep trench.
- Inside the trench a concrete slab was poured to act as a working platform during the steel fixing, formwork erection and casting of a 3m by 3m insitu reinforced concrete culvert.
- Other works on the scheme included over 600m of foul water open-cut drainage, a 4.50m internal diameter CSO chamber and a 1500mm internal diameter pipejack.
