The Company was formed in 1992 by the Managing Director V J Donegan who has worked in the Civil Engineering Industry for over 30 years.
Donegan Civil Engineering specialised mainly in Tunnelling, Pipejacking and Shaft Sinking for the first few years but has now become a company with the capabilities, expertise and experience to undertake large scale projects as the main contractor.
We offer a complete construction service, from design, planning, management to implementation.
